This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on Twick’s website or iOS app.
Twick uses OAuth to allow you to log in to Twitch or Kick. This means you log in directly through the platform's own secure portal. Twick never sees, collects, or stores your passwords. We only receive a secure token that allows the app to access chat on your behalf.
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number on our own servers. Our app acts as a local client for your device.
Your app settings, such as theme preferences and channel lists, are stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled on your Apple device, this data is automatically synced across your other Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac) using Apple's secure infrastructure. We do not have access to your iCloud account or the data stored within it.
Our app is integrated with Google AdMob to serve advertisements, including interstitial ads, for non-Pro users. Google may collect and use personal data, including your device’s advertising ID (IDFA), to serve and personalize these advertisements. You can manage your ad preferences within your iOS system settings.
To provide a full-featured chat experience, Twick interfaces with several third-party services:
Our app uses Apple's StoreKit to manage Twick Pro purchases. Apple processes these transactions entirely; we do not receive or store your payment information or credit card numbers.
By using our website or apps, you consent to our privacy policy.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, you may email shubham.shahh23@gmail.com.
